Naw,
you'd LIKE to know, and I will tell you, But you don't NEED to know... Get a run to the forge, then to the warcamp, then to Granite Citadel. |

check out the maps section of www.guildwarsguru.com. it's very helpful for finding the obscure outposts, as i like to call them. you don't need to get a run there. you can easily make it there yourself using henchmen.

I made it to citadel from the war camp using the henchies when my necro was only lvl 7, it took about 3 tries. Ever runner I hired previously couldn't make the run. Bring a hex removal for yourself and try to avoid aggro as much as possible.

I get asked to run people there regularly, but I can never see the point. Really the runner is acting more as a guide to the route, so any character class can do it- not just the traditional runner builds.
If you have been to Droks or Rankor, just take the short trip to Deldrimor War Camp (even a half baked runner should have you there in 10-15 mins max). From there it is just a short amble. Rather than running people from DWC, I usually just get a team of henchies and pick off the very few groups that are strictly in the way (most can be avoided easily)- it is the surest way and only takes a few minutes. After you get through the first portal, if you die you will res outside the Citadel anyway. The only time you will usually have a problem is if you have a human player in your team who goes Gung Ho and tries to aggro everything in sight. |

You don't have to BUY or get a RUN to citadel. I found out a cheap and easy way, trying to bring my level 10 necro there.
Go to Warcamp--> get a party of henchies--> Fight right all the way to the right till you see a zone area ---> go into the zone area and DIE once going in grab all the aggro you see. When you die there you ressurect at the ONLY res shrine which is right in front of the doors of Citadel. |
